HOW TO BUY
Buying in the online store of Duckkiss is very simple. You just have to follow the following steps:

1- Enter to a section of online store and choose the clothes you want to buy.
2- View our complete information, where you will find more photographs and information on sizes and price.
3- Add the item you want to buy to the basket using the purchase button. Then you can choose to continue buying or process your order.
4- If you wish to process your order you can make the payment, confirm your order and, immediately after, you will receive a confirmation email with information on how to track your order until you receive it.

CHANGES AND PRODUCT RETURNS

If for any reason you are not satisfied with our products, you have 5 calendar days from the date of purchase to return it. Before sending, write us an email to inform us tat you want to return the product. Having revieved the product, we will pay you if the product is ok acording to this conditions:

  • Items purchased discounted, such as those subject to offers or those in the outlet section, do not accept changes or refunds.
  • The clothes must be in the same conditions in which you received it, with all the accessories and /or promotions and documentation (delivery note, invoice or purchase ticket) and in inside the original packaging. This implies that the items (which will only have been tested) will:
    • Not be damaged or dirty
    • Have not been washed, altered or worn and that all labels will be intact.

As proof of the return, we recommend that you keep the courier’s receipt as proof of delivery of your package.

Returns must be sent to our central duckkiss E-Commerce. duckkiss will not be responsible for the cost of this shipment.

In case the purchase was made by PayPal, the amount to be returned will be the total of the purchase minus the commission of the platform (5%).

To complete the return of your duckkiss items you must send us an email to devoluciones@duckkiss.com indicating if it is a change or a return and detailing in the email the order number, the name and the owner of the card or payment system chosen. The full refund of the amount will be processed in the same way that the payment has been paid within 14 calendar days following receipt and verification of the merchandise. WARRANTY

Duckkiss articles have a guarantee of two years from the date of purchase, in the terms set out in Law 3/2014, of March 27, which modifies the revised text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws, approved by the RD Legislative 1/2007, of November 16.

The warranty covers:

  • The exchange for a new product if the repair is not possible.

*Defects or damage due to incorrect use or handling of the article, as well as wear and tear caused by normal use, are not included in this warranty.

SHIP AND DELIVERY TERMS

SHIPMENTS

The shipping costs of orders placed on www.duckkiss.com is as follows:

  • Spain> If your order is more than 20€ you will have a free shipping, if it is less the shipping cost is 5€.
  • Balearic Islands and Portugal> If your order is more than 90€ you will have a free shipping, if it is less  the shipping cost is 5€.
  • Canary Islands> If your order is more than 90€, free shipping, if it is less the cost of shipping is 7€.
  • France> The shipping cost is 9.90€.
  • For shipments to other European countries, please consult us.

DELIVERY TERM

If all the items in your order are available, you will receive it within 24-48 working hours from the order confirmation (for shipments within the peninsula). In the case of shipments to the Balearic Islands, the delivery will be made between 48-96 working hours. As soon as we start preparing your order, we will send you an email with the delivery information and a link so you can follow the shipping of your online order. RESPONSABILITY

Nothing contained in this purchase guide will exclude or limit duckkiss’s liability with respect to any matter on which it would be unlawful for us to limit or exclude our liability. The maximum liability that duckkiss assumes for any loss or damage in relation to your order placed on www.duckkiss.com will be limited to the total amount of your order. Duckkiss will not be liable for indirect losses understood as a side effect of the principal loss or damage, such as loss of profits or loss of opportunity; nor of not delivering the goods or of not fulfilling any of our obligations in accordance with these terms, provided that such non-compliance is due to a situation beyond our reasonable control, which includes, but is not limited to, fire, flood, storm, vandalism, social disturbances, wars, traffic accidents during transport or theft of goods. In case of any problem related to a Duckkiss article purchased online, and in the case of not being able to resolve the claim made to Duckkiss, you can send a complaint to the online dispute resolution platform in the EU (called “plataforma ODR”).
